What is needed for people and organizations to successfully manage change on their own?
This question runs through my entire work.
I enhance the transformative capacity of organizations: structurally, humanly, and operationally. To achieve this, I work on the conditions under which clarity emerges, leadership becomes effective, and change truly begins.

I combine hands-on transformation experience with academic inquiry and teaching. As the author of “Transformation beschleunigen. Strategisch. Menschlich. Umsetzungsstark.” (Versus, 2020), a lecturer at HWZ and Head of the Circle Transformation & Leadership at swissAI, I explore from different perspectives what makes organisations capable of transformation today.
During my time at Jelmoli, I was initially responsible for implementing the corporate strategy through the strategic PMO, while also launching a transformation agent programme. Later, as part of the core team, I supported the closure of the department store’s operating business.
These experiences fundamentally shaped my understanding of transformation.
Today, I see how much energy can exist within organisations – and how little of it translates into movement when decision paths are unclear, responsibilities blur, tensions remain unresolved and leaders are forced to compensate for too much.
One question sits at the centre of my work:
What actually makes an organisation capable of transformation?
That is the core of my work.
I work on clear structures and decision paths, on leadership that provides direction under uncertainty, and on people who actively deliver change.
My strength lies in quickly grasping complex situations, making patterns and tensions visible, and creating clarity for decisions and next steps.
My goal is to build organisations that can increasingly shape transformation from within.

These three levers form the core of my work. I look at the structural prerequisites, the leadership, and the implementation, always with the goal of increasing the organization's capacity for transformation.
Depending on the size and challenges of the organization, I work with my programs or develop individual solutions in pragmatic co-creation.
How I work.
I work with targeted interventions rather than continuous support.
Depending on the situation, a new structure, a clear decision, an uncomfortable question, or a space is needed in which tensions can be addressed until true clarity can emerge.
We create the conditions under which transformation can be effectively implemented.

MISSION:
Build
transformation
capability
We build organisations’ transformation capability: structurally, through leadership and in execution.
We create the conditions in which people can find direction, take ownership, make decisions and deliver change effectively, even through profound transformation.

VISION:
Shape
transformation
from within
Our vision is of organisations that can shape profound transformation from within.
Organisations where structures provide direction, leadership enables change and people take ownership in execution.
Transformation capability should become part of the organisation itself.

Our values
For us, transformation is more than strategy, structure and execution. It always happens between people as well.
That is why we combine clarity with intuition, focus with openness, and disciplined execution with a mindset that enables development.
